NOPI celebrates global flavours. It’s where pandan leaves meet pomegranate seeds, star anise meets sumac, and miso meets molasses. From the Middle East to the Far East, NOPI’s dishes are constantly changing, guided by the seasons and the creativity of our kitchen. 

 

NOPI marked a new venture for us: our first full-service restaurant. It’s where our pantry expanded and we discovered new ways to create flavour. We serve lunch, pre theatre and dinner menus, with a low-intervention wine list and cocktails that change according to house shrubs and seasonal spices.

Meet our team - Dawid Nowosadzki

Hailing from the beautiful city of Zamość, in southeastern Poland, Dawid started his Ottolenghi journey in 2009. Starting as a KP at Ottolenghi Belgravia, he quickly became a Commis Chef and over the following years worked in most of our delis, becoming head chef at Notting Hill in 2015.

 

After spending some time in Doha, expanding his restaurant and hospitality experience, Dawid returned to London. Drawn back by the diversity of people, the pub culture and the amazing food scene, Dawid soon returned to Ottolenghi as well. First to lead the kitchen at Notting Hill, before moving on to NOPI where is now our head chef.

 

Dawid's plan is to open his own restaurant in the future. But for now he's thriving at NOPI, enjoying the food, creativity, and the incredible team he's working with.
